![]() Yet, on that fateful day of 13 July 1978, thirty-six-years-old Russian scientist Anatoli Bugorski just had to. I don’t know if it was written specifically for KoiTsudu, but it might as well be.Out of all places to stick your head into, a particle accelerator would rank among the worst. PS: Official HIGE DANdism’s “I Love” is such a perfect OST. Although with how popular KoiTsudu has become, it’s not impossible, so let’s keep hoping. The drama has the same ending as the manga, so a sequel probably isn’t gonna happen. I love how Nanase managed to open Kairi’s heart, not just to her, but to the people around him. Again, character development makes a big difference. Some people are comparing this with Itazura na Kiss, but I honestly think that the similarity ends with the “sadistic doctor” and “stupid nurse” description. And although I cringed at how unskillful Nanase was at the beginning, I was amazed by her character development-well, everyone’s character development, actually. KoiTsudu has just the right doses of romance, comedy, and drama. This is one of the few cases where the drama is better than the manga. It’s your typical shoujo/josei story, but somehow they made it extraordinary. Their chemistry is so powerful that everyone has begun speculating that they’re actually together in real life. TBH I didn’t really get Satoh Takeru’s appeal, but because of this drama, I’ve fallen in love with him. I’ve read the manga long ago and when I saw the poster for the live-action, my first thought was, “oh, the female lead is perfect for the role” since she actually really looks like the manga’s Nanase. I’ve watched lots of jdramas but this is the first time I’m commenting because I’m so in love with this one.
